USPS PRIORITY MAIL: $9.99 up to 1 pound. USPS Priority provides our customers a cost effective shipping method. All USPS orders have confirmed delivery. Priority mail takes from 1-3 days once your order has been shipped from Boston. REMEMBER THAT CUSTOM ENGRAVED ORDERS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME BEFORE SHIPPING.

RETURNS POLICY: We accept returns with your sales receipt for 30 days from date of shipment. ITEM MUST BE PACKED as it was shipped, and include a copy of your sales invoice. Compasses must be returned in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION: If there is any problem with your compass please contact us by email UPON RECEIPT. We will issue a return authorization and prepaid return label.
Custom engraved orders cannot be returned.
RESTOCK FEE: 20% after 30 days. Please call if returning item after 30 days.
CORPORATE and VOLUME ORDERS: Custom orders cannot be returned. Samples can be provided. Returns for non custom volume orders require a return authorization by phone or email and will incur a 20% restocking, handling fee.
